Privacy overview
This notice explains how Interactive Guru LLC handles information collected through our websites. Client websites, linked products and third-party services have their own privacy notices.
You can explore our work without creating an account. When you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond and discuss your request. Sending a message does not sign you up for a mailing list. We do not sell contact-form information or use it to build advertising profiles.
Information we use
When you get in touch
Our forms ask for your name, email address and a message, with a phone number when you choose to provide one. The form may also include the page or service you contacted us from, so we understand the context. We use this information to reply, arrange a conversation, assess a project and manage the resulting business relationship.
Messages are delivered through our hosting and email providers. Our form-protection system keeps short-lived submission identifiers, delivery status and coded network identifiers to limit spam, prevent duplicate messages and troubleshoot delivery. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, medical records or other sensitive information through these forms.
When you browse
Like other websites, our hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser, requested page and request time. This helps deliver the site, identify errors and protect it against abuse. The redesigned agency site and commercial do not currently include advertising pixels or third-party audience analytics.
When we work together
We may share relevant information with the hosting, email and other service providers needed to operate the site or deliver our work, and with specialists involved in your project. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse or address a security incident. Project-specific confidentiality, data handling and service commitments belong in our separate agreement with you.
Cookies & browser storage
Browser storage supports site functions, such as saved preferences, review arrangements and local text-editing drafts. Authorized editors use a secure sign-in cookie to access publishing tools. Saved edits and their revision history are kept on the server so published text remains available to visitors. These tools are not an account system for ordinary visitors.
You can remove cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or remove unsaved drafts and preferences; it does not erase messages already sent to us or text already published to the site.
Media & external services
Our main case-study films are served directly from our site. Where we offer an embedded YouTube film, the player loads only after you choose to play it. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed, but playing the film still connects your browser to Google and YouTube. Their services may receive technical information and use browser storage under Google’s Privacy Policy.
The interactive commercial also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That request sends the technical information needed to retrieve a font, including your IP address, to Google. Most assets on the redesigned agency site, including its fonts, are hosted with the site.
Links to client tools, social profiles, project demos and other websites take you to separately operated services. Those services control their own information collection and permissions. For example, an external augmented-reality demo may ask for camera access; viewing its preview on our case-study page does not require your camera.
Security & retention
We use HTTPS, restricted publishing access and private server storage for the site’s administrative and form-protection functions. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain correspondence and business records as needed to respond to requests, provide services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Form-protection records have a short operational life; email, hosting logs and backups can have different retention periods. Deleting a browser draft does not delete those records.
Your choices
To ask about information you have provided, request a copy, correct it or ask us to delete it, email hello@interactive-guru.com. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing personal information. We will handle requests under the laws that apply, explain any limits on a request and tell you how to raise a concern with us. Applicable privacy rights are not limited by this notice.
You can browse without submitting a form, choose not to load external media, and manage cookies, storage and permissions through your browser. Our business site is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
Website terms
Using this site
This site presents our services, past work and experiments. You may browse it, share links and use the interactive examples as intended. Please do not misuse contact forms, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or remove ownership notices from materials you download.
Project work and results
A contact form, meeting request or project example is not a contract for services. Scope, fees, schedules, ownership, support and any specific warranties are established in a separate written agreement. Portfolio results describe particular projects; they do not guarantee the same outcome, search ranking or business result for another project.
Creative work and third-party materials
Our site design, writing, logo and original media belong to Interactive Guru or are used with permission. Client brands, student artwork, software and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Unless a download says otherwise, it is provided for viewing, evaluation or the demonstration described on its page, not for resale or reuse in another product. Separate software licenses and project agreements continue to apply.
Availability and external tools
We aim to keep the site accurate and useful, but content, links and interactive demos can change or become unavailable. Public examples are provided as available; they are not a substitute for project-specific advice or a production service commitment. Linked websites and tools are governed by their operators’ terms. Nothing on this page excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
AI use
Our AI Use Policy explains our approach to AI-assisted work, human oversight and project information. A specific client agreement takes precedence for that project’s requirements.
Questions or concerns?
